Joy Division "An Ideal For Living" original 1978 promo poster
This is the iconic JOY DIVISION An Ideal for Living original UK promotional poster issued to promote the Anonymous Records 12" EP released in Sept 1978. Printed on quality matte paper, this is NOT a reproduction! Size: 17 inches x 24¼ inches -- or about 61.6cm X 43cm. An Ideal for Living was the debut EP released by Joy Division in 1978, shortly after changing their name from Warsaw. Has An Ideal for living - An Anonymous Records 12" EP printed at the bottom of the poster in white text. NOTE: has some serious condition issues, as outlined below.This poster was not issued rolled up and it has never been rolled up. It will be shipped flat, which may be a little more expensive but it avoids rolling the poster up.
NOTE: FAIR BORDERING ON POOR USED CONDITION ONLY: a fair bit of wear, this was hung up on various walls over the years so there is tape and tape damage on the back as well as small tac holes, there are also some bends and light creases and a few little tears, two corners are curled -- sold as-is -- not great condition but it is such a rare item and still looks good enough to go up on a wall.
