CLASSIC!
PLEASE SEE IMAGES FOR MATRIX INFO AND TRACK LISTING PLUS GENERAL VISUAL CONDITION.

Cardboard gatefold sleeve with embossed printing. Access to vinyl is top/inwards, not usual side access.
The records have grey paper labels and are housed in strong grey cardboard sleeves similar to the cover, with one rounded corner.
The runouts say TOWN HOUSE + CHICKEN FOOT MARKS + THE CHICKEN STOPS HERE + FACT 40 + A1/B2/C1/D1.


VINYL IN VG/VG+ CONDITION WITH LIGHT MARKS THAT HAVE LITTLE OR NO EFFECT ON PLAYBACK. Still sounds great!

LABELS ARE INTACT WITH NO DAMAGE BUT A FEW LIGHT BROWN SPOTS ON A COUPLE, ARE EVIDENT. Not serious stuff...

HEAVY DUTY 1X ROUNDED CORNER INNERS ARE EXCELLENT. No damage, very little edge fade.

HEAVY DUTY THICK CARD EMBOSSED GATEFOLD COVER AT LEAST VG+ ; it is sound, no damage (a price label ghost on top right of front), just a little grubby and lightly faded at edge...that's it. All text/print is very clear. Near EX.
SPINE SQUARE & CLEAN.

This album will be supplied with new poly lined inners and album cover/blakes.
It will be packed in a sturdy vinyl specific excellent quality mailer with stiffeners and the discs removed from outers.
