This is the original issue, not a re-release.
The 1st press was issued in a textured sleeve; printed inner sleeve with either square or rounded corners. This copy has square corners.
1st press vinyl is either solid black or may look dark translucent red when held against a strong light source. This is the black vinyl.
This is the rare LYN variation in run off matrices:

FACT 10 · A Factory Records Product.
The vinyl has some scuffs and light lines with one more obvious mark, but nothing obvious on the audio. The sound is very good with a few light crackles but nothing serious, no skips, jumps or sticks.
All in all a really nice copy of a classic LP and one which is on every list of design classic sleeves. A must-have for any Factory fan or design connisseur.
