Really nice box set and talk about unique and vintage. I'd say it is a must have for any fans of The Hobbit. The records look pristine to this unqualified to grade person. The booklet is in wonderful shape. The box is in near perfect state for something so old. There is a purposeful punch hole in the top right corner of the box. Other than that puncture, there are no other tears or punctures.
