no cover, came in a plain white sleeve with catalogue numbers, the record is 9,5/10 a few ultra light non audible scuffs, otherwise looks pretty new, playing 7,8/10 due to pressing as always on this label and this particular issue, some very light crackles, more so at beginning and end both sides.
