This is from my personal collection and plays great.
After going through a few sealed sets that were ruined I finally settled on a used set.
I will explain the history of this set and you can research this as well.
These box sets were released in 2008 and they had issues. The manufacturer used pic sleeves for the vinyl that became adhesive and stuck to the LPs. That left a residue on the LPs. If you bought these early and opened the set then you likely were able to prevent any serious damage. I've been through several of these set that were sealed and all had this issue. Most played fine though. Years later, after I sold my sets, I decided to find an open box version that had minimal damage. I tried to captur this in a couple of photos.
CONDITION:
Keeping this in mind, these play and sound great. I grade them VG+ due to the residue.
This one was used when I bought it and all LPs play without issue. They all have the residue to varying degrees but sound great.
The box is graded VG. There is some splitting on the corners on one side (see photos). The section that holds the book has one tear in the box (see photo)
The poster is VG. It has tape on the top and bottom where the previous owner had clearly hung it up.
The 2 CD and Booklet are NM.
