Description
If you don't know this already, one look at the sleeve tells you what is inside.
This is the quality reissue of a highly collectable record on the Essex label complete with a 7" picture sleeve single 'Hello, Who's There?' / 'The Way'
Originally released on Major Minor in 1968 too late to ride the psych wave this deserves the classic label and reminds me of some of the tracks on Pink Floyd's Piper.

July recorded what has become one of the most sought-after British psychedelic sixties albums. Twenty-five years on time has not been kind to all the tracks (e.g. Jolly Mary) but overall it's well worth purchasing for its eerie brand of psychedelia (on Dandelion Seeds and My Clown) and some fine psychedelic guitar work (Crying Is For Writers).
(Tapestry of delights by Vernon Joynson)
RECORD COLLECTOR’S
GRADING SYSTEM
MINT: The record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any contents are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover may have very slight wear or creasing
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover without any major defects is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc.
FAIR: The record is still playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
