Norgran MGN-32. Full title is “Afro-Cuban Jazz North-of-the-Border”. Personnel is divided as follows: 1 track Costanzo solo (Costanzo plays Conga and Bongo drums throughout). 2 tracks with Herbie Steward, alto sax; Tom Brown, tenor sax; John Anderson, trumpet; Gerald Wiggins, piano; Jack Coughlan, bass; Al Bartee, drums. 2 tracks with Steward; Bill Holman, tenor sax; Rolf Ericson, trumpet; Wiggins, piano; Joe Comfort, bass; Lawrence Marable, drums. 1 track with Steward, alto sax; Brown, tenor sax; Anderson, trumpet; Wiggins, piano; Coughlan, bass; Jackie Mills, drums. Record cover and labels are marked “Not For Sale”. Cover: Mint(-). Intact and clean, like new, no aging. Record: VG+ to mint(-). Except for crease at 1 corner. Visually shows no wear. Appears to have been played only a few times with no markings of any kind. There is some occasional clicks and crackles, very infrequent and most barely audible. Fine copy of a record that, I believe, has never been reissued. Audibly checked.
