Jackie McLean – Destination... Out! US Blue Note Mono First Press NM vinyl.
Condition.
I was fortunate enough to buy this and a few other first press Blue Note LP's locally some years ago. They have had one careful owner. Living, as i do, in the Isle Of Man, there's no way to have them cleaned properly, and I know original Blue Note labels are very susceptible to moisture, so the spin clean is out.. Therefore, this record will need to be cleaned, however, it's obviously in NM condition, I've been a collector for years, and it's clean enough for me to see it hasn't been out of the inner sleeve enough times to leave even hairlines.. I don't think it's been played more than a couple of times.
The sleeve is as you see it, it has some staining, but maintains it's integrity, I'm no photographer but I'll try and upload some better photos.. It has a dealer sticker "Colebourn's", still a going concern here, and an import sticker too (see photos). I think with some care and know how the dealer sticker could be removed, but I don't know that for sure.
To summarize, vinyl wise I'm not sure a better copy could be found, and the other Blue Note's I'll be listing are in the same condition, correct inners and near mint vinyl.
