New Soil Jackie McLean B1 - 84013 printed in 1988
Jackie McLean was a Huge fan of Charlie Parker And wanted nothing more than to be like him.
Eventually he met his hero and one day when coming home from school his mom told her son Jackie,  Charlie Parker called and wanted him to play 15 minutes before his show that night.  He got his suit on and away he went.  Jackie said when he first heard Charlie Parker's BeBop music that's all he ever wanted to do.  Hence he became the Saxaphone player he always wanted to be.  If you like Be Bop Jazz , this is a Great Record to add to your collection.
