LABEL DESCRIPTION: Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC-47 WEST 63rd-NYC address. RVG STEREO stamped and "EAR" etched in the dead wax,"R" on the bottom and deep groove.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): M- A nearly flawless Liberty cover with nice color, strong seams and sharp corners. Signed on the back in black marker by Jackie McLean.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): VG++ Excellent condition, one good size surface mark on side 2 but it plays flawlessly. Visually a VG++ but sounds near mint.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: The signature was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker.
