Description
For sale today is Jackie McLean "New Soil" on Blue Note original pressing!
Catalogue number BLP-4013 (BN 4013). This album is Deep Press with "Blue Note Records. 47 West 63rd. NYC" on the label. Furthermore, the album has "RVG" and the "Ear" stamped in the dead wax.
I would grade the album as a solid VG.
A few issues to note with the vinyl: As shown in the photos, the label has an unknown stain on side one (1). There are a few hairline scratches on side one (1) track one (1) which cause minor pops during play. Please see the pictures.
On side two (2), there is what appears to be a deep scratch in track two (2). This issue does NOT effect the music during play.
The jacket is graded at a solid VG+ with the spine fully intact. A few issues to note with the jacket are as follows. On the back of the jacket, the numbers "4.98" are hand written above 4013.
This album was cleaned with a VPI record cleaner.
