Description
Mobile Fidelity Original Master Recording, in original sealed packaging. There is some significant shelf wear. The outer plastic sleeve is crinkled and has a couple 1" tears in it. One of the tears is in the upper right hand corner (which is difficult to see in the picture). The cardboard album cover has split in this area for what appears to be about 8 inches. By "split" I mean the front and back covers appear to be separated for that distance. You wouldn't know this by looking at the front of the album, and it's kind of hard to tell with the plastic cover on. I'm not sure how this would have happened since otherwise everything looks excellent and there are no signs of bending or creasing. It was purchased in this condition from a store years ago and since stored upright in a dark, dry air conditioned room in a non-smoking home.
I cannot accept returns on this album since it's in its original seal unless the album is misrepresented in some way. Although I think any manufacturing defect in the vinyl would be extremely unlikely, if you wish I can open the seal and do a visual inspection only of the record before shipping. If I see nothing wrong of course you must accept the opened record.
