I am offering for sale by auction this 1965 Columbia LP by Jackson C Frank.

The LP is in what I would class as all round VG condition. Maybe even just shading a VG+.

I have just played the vinyl here this evening at home. It sounds great. There are obviously clicks and pops as one would expect from an LP of this age, but there are no jumps or deep scratches on playing. Under light the vinyl looks really good. The labels are in good condition with obvious spindle marks, but they are bright and clean and free from writing or sticker damage. The LP has been well played, but has been looked after as well. It is my perception that the vinyl is the reason that this item shades a VG+.

The cover is in what I would term as VG condition. The front cover being in better condition than the back. As usual with items from the sixties with laminated front sleeves and matt rear sleeves the rear sleeve always looks worse for wear in comparison to the front cover. The front cover is in great condition apart from the line from top to bottom on the right hand side. This can be seen in the photo. There are no seam splits and the spine is in great shape too. The rear sleeve as stated shows sign of its age, and there is the name of its previous owner handwritten just below the top seam. The back cover is not bright white and shows its age by handling etc. I don't think the LP was ever stored in a PVC sleeve.

I buy and sell a few bits on Ebay, I do not sell that many things as I am too avid a collector myself!! You can see from my feedback as a seller that the bits of vinyl I have sold have mostly exceeded the buyers expectations.

This is quite a rare and revered LP, and to be fair I am going to start it at the lowest possible starting price and let it find its own value.
