Jade - Crossfire LP (1980, Gem Stone) Rare Private OKC Hard Rock/Psych
Artist: Jade
Album: Crossfire
Description: Very hard to find hard rock/psych album from Oklahoma City. This is the band's only release, pressed in 1980. It's pretty good stuff. It is not a top notch recording and the band is not incredibly tight, but the music is interesting and very much worth hearing. I'm surprised this hasn't been cleaned up and re-released.
Sleeve Condition: VG, Outer is very clean, but has a ~4" top spine split and, oddly, a parallel slice about 3" below the top. I can't tell if it was cut or torn or what. See pics for details. Original inner is included and is wrinkled, but not torn or split. There's no writing and very limited ring wear, spine is nice, overall it displays really well.
Vinyl: VG, it would be a solid VG+, but there is a slight storage warp that caused me some bouncing on A1. If you could work that out, this would be a gorgeous record. Other than that first few turns, it plays perfectly. The labels are clean, no writing. A few hairline scuffs visible in light. You can tell this hasn't been played much, but probably wasn't stored well either. Great chance to get a rare record without paying top dollar. Don't miss grabbing this one today!
I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.
Check out my other listings, I've got several music lots up for sale. Everything from jazz to new wave to obscure rap - vinyl and CDs. Please mark me as a favorite seller if you like what you see. I have bunch of stuff to get rid of. Good luck and happy bidding!!
