Sadly Royal Mail has increased the
postage costs rather a lot
but I do like to keep the costs reasonable
and try not to charge more than
the actual costs of postage and packing materials.
If I do make a mistake with costs, please
email me for refund of the excess.
For more bulkier parcels I will not be
using the services of Royal Mail due to
the excessive increase in their costs.
If you would like to purchase
more than 1 item, please request a final
invoice with combined postage costs.

Payment Information.
All items will be sent to address on ebay
checkout unless the buyer specifies an alternative address.
Cheque or Postal Order Payments - All items will be sent sent to any address nominated.
Postage Information.
The majority of items will be sent Royal Mail.
Courier delivery (for larger parcel) is for Mainland U.K. only,
Item not received - I will notify you when your item has been dispatched,
if it has not been received in a reasonable time, please notify me,
but also, check with your local sorting office .
Returns Policy.
Please notify me within 7 days of receipt. Item must be in unused condition, with any original labels, packaging etc. and in saleable condition. Item must then be returned within 14 days.
Unwanted/Change of mind/Wrong Size - Once received and checked, the sale price will be refunded immediately via the method you paid (please note that return post and packing costs cannot be returned in this case). Due to hygiene reasons, any intimate items of clothing cannot be returned in this instance.
Faulty Items - If you believe the item to be faulty, please notify me within 7 days to arrange return.
Once a fault is confirmed, either a replacement will be sent or
your full payment will be refunded, including return postage costs
(1st class postage or 1st class recorded delivery costs will be refunded but not next day delivery
costs so please do not send the item by that method)
If not found to be faulty, postage will be requested to return the item to you.
Refunds will ONLY be issued on receipt of the returned item.
I post parcels every day Monday to Saturday
so hopefully you won't have to wait too long for your
parcel.
