This is from my Aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.  
I am still learning ratings for records, but I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Good Plus to Excellent - minor corner dings and rough edges
Sleeve - the sleeve looks great
Vinyl Looks Excellent - I am not comfortable with giving a record mint or near mint as I am still learning but this record looks to be in immaculate condition. Very Minor surface scratches that seem to have no effect on the sound of the record.
