Description
Jawbreaker / Crimpshrine split 7" - This is one of the rarest Jawbreaker or Crimpshrine collectibles out there. Truly a holy grail for collectors of either band. Only 1,000 copies were pressed and released on Skene Records in 1992 or 1993. However, only 300 are said to exist because Jeff Ott (Crimpshrine / Fifteen) found out that the money from this benefit record wasn’t going where it was supposed to and destroyed the other 700 copies. The Jawbreaker song is the awesome early classic "Better Half" and Crimpshrine does "Sanctuary."
Two of the most important punk bands of the 80s and 90s splitting an ultra rare single and both delivering great songs. What more could you ask for? Would make the ultimate old school gift for the emo, punk or hardcore kid on your Chirstmas list. The cover and vinyl are in near mint condition. Don't camp out and watch this auction hoping to pick this one up on the cheap. This is a genuine rarity so bid early and bid hard. Good luck.
