First pressing USA 1st original mono issue has: - deep grooved blue/white Blue Note Records labels with 767 Lexington Ave N.Y.C. adders - flat edge vinyl with RVG etched and "P" (otherwise wrongly called "ear") for Plastylite etched in the trail off, both sides - 767 Lexington Ave., New York 21 address on back cover. - blank spine on cover
Condition: visually the vinyl is fair or poor condition with a quite large number of scuffs and surface noise. It is a decent play copy. If 10 is the volume is of the music, there is surface noise on the album, when played, at about the level of 2 out of 10. When the music is loud, the noise is less noticeable - when it goes quite soft the 2 out of 10 would be higher but not by too much - 3 or 3.5 - this isn't too often.
The cover is VG. Discoloration due to age as in the photos. Seam split in the middle of the bottom edge a few inches long (but the cover still is rigid. 3 1/2 inch seam split in spine
