This recording, made in 1976 at the Stampen jazz club in Stockholm captures the natural sound of the instruments and the ambience of the club. Regarded as 'The Best Jazz Recording of the Century', it has been called the authoritative reference disc when setting up high end sound systems.
Liner notes and other infos inside the gatefold cover are in Swedish. Has a "Made In Sweden" on the back cover on the right bottom. Sticker on back cover says 'imported by Rega Research Ltd. In the lower right corner of the back cover is a very small printed logo of "SIB-Tryck, Tumba".
