Description
Charles Mingus, Mingus Ah Um, on Columbia 1370. Original mono issue on Columbia six-eye label. Full shine, VG+ shape with some very light scratches that mostly don't sound at all, though there is some light surface noise in one or two of the quietest songs. Overall, though, the fidelity and clarity of the sound on this disc is absolutely superb. Front and rear cover have only light wear, and there is a stain on the back about the size of a dime. Flaking to top seam and spine, lightly bumped corners. No writing, holes, etc. Nice copy.

GRADING
M- A flawless or nearly flawless record that appears to have seen little or no play.
VG+ Full gloss, some light marks. A very, very attractive record that has seen limited play and has been well cared for.
VG More marks and scratches, will have some surface noise, but still a playable record. Scratches may be fairly numerous, but will be light.
VG- Lots of marks and scratches but no gouges or major problems.
G+ and G Heavy wear and marks, plays through okay.
