Description
Up for auction is a rare original mono pressing of the Jazz Messengers featuring Art Blakey 'Ritual' LP on Pacific Jazz Records PJM-402. Other musicians include Jackie McLean, Bill Hardiman, Sam Dockery, and Spanky DeBrest.
Record info:
Strong VG+ with a few minor scuffs with some surface noise. It plays great!
Cover info:
VG+ with solid seams with some wear except for small splits on top and bottom at jacket opening (about 1/4 inch). The front cover has a library style #d sticker on top left corner. The back cover has the name of the previous owner stamped on upper left corner.
Label / Pressing info:
Original deep groove mono press with M IV in large letters on both sides.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
