Single sided acetate. No sleeve exist for this record as it is a demonstration record. To the best of my knowledge only two or three copies still exist : the one that has been used to create the related Discogs entry, the one that has been used for the 2017 reissue (if it is not the same) and mine.
Acetates were usually pressed in very few quantities (maybe 10 at the same time), so this is obviously very rare. The only other way to listen to these tracks is to get the 2017 reissue (at this time only one copy of this record was known to exist !). However two tracks are missing in the reissue !
Record is heavily warped (around 5mm high) but this does not prevent the record to play on my system (no jump, no skip on the sections I play tested). Many crackles but record is very dusty. I did not try to clean it as acetate records are VERY fragile. I can send you videos of record playing on my desk for a dozen of seconds if you send me your email.
Note : I never played this record entirely, to avoid damaging it. I only play tested it for a dozen of seconds on some selected tracks
