This Original Master Recording was Half-Speed Mastered from the original analog master tapes and pressed on Anadisc 200 Gram Vinyl by RTI Record Technology. These are among the finest recordings ever produced and very limited in quantity.

This copy has an extremely early Limited Edition number . . . 0048.. This MFSL has been OUT OF PRINT for a long time.

Cover: The cover is in absolutely MINT condition. Exactly like the day it was purchased. The cover’s front, back and edges look absolutely brand new. The edges of the cover have no wear.

Record Sleeve: The record sleeve is unblemished, flat and without crimps. The edges are perfect.

Vinyl Record and Labels: The record labels look like the day that they were printed. Absolutely mint. This record plays back like it originally did on day one.

It would very difficult to find a better pressing of this LP, especially with this extremely low number 0048!

OXYGENE, released in 1977, pushed the young composer into the international spotlight, charting his meteoric rise from obscure film composer to stadium-packing superstar. Contrasting with the hard, clinical sound of his contemporaries, Kraftwerk and Giorgio Moroder, OXYGENE is bathed in distinctive melodies and warm string pads (courtesy of vintage keyboards like the Synthi VCS3 and Eminent organ).
