Description
Jefferson Airplane
Surrealistic Pillow
1966 RCA RD 7889
Classic Pysch LP and ultra rare as a UK Mono original on the Black RCA Victor label.
VINYL:- EX- The vinyl is clean and shiny with a great sheen and has obviously not been played much.Side 1 has one small unfeelable mark (about 1cm long) which is clearly visible and Side 2 a lighter (and again unfeelable) mark on three tracks, otherwise there are some very fine marks/hairlines which are visible at an angle or in direct light. Gave this a full test play and it sounded fantastic, nice loud and clear audio with minimal background crackle occasionally and the odd pop, great stuff.
COVER:- VG+ The cover is in decent clean and presentable condition, it does have some light creasing and there is some corner wear. The unlaminated rear is very clean and presentable with light marks/ageing. The spine is fully readable. The seam has started to come undone and could do with re-sticking. '16' is written on the front (top right) in pen but could be removed.
