This is a near mint copy of the much sought after Jetboys - I Don't Want To / Get The Kids Jumpin' 45. This record was pressed in a very limited quantity in 1981 by the legendary Columbus proto punk producer Mike Rep for his New Age label. It is without question one of the best power pop singles of all time. Both sides of this single absolutely kill. The sleeves themselves were printed by Nudge Squidfish. I am from Columbus, Ohio and having been a record collector/show frequenter for years have often talked with Mike Rep; he even gave me his blessing to sell this on E-Bay! All accounts point to it being unlikely that this 45 will ever see a re-issue. This copy was found at a yard sale on the south side of town mixed in with a handful of garage rock and local country 45's. This record looks brand new and was most likely had never been played when I found it. I played it once on my very clean pro turntable to make sure it was flawless. It plays with no skips or pops whatsoever. The sleeve itself has expected wear of something that was printed in this manner. The tape holding it together has started to yellow. Overall it is almost as nice as it was new with expected wear. The sleeve is paper so there is some slight bending but no bad creasing; just look closely at the photos. This could easily be your only chance to find a copy of this record in this good of shape. Record will be shipped extra carefully and shipped with insurance. I will gladly ship internationally.
