Description

Shipping will be in a bubble mailer via United States Media Mail.  Priority Mail shipping will be available at checkout.  Your item will be shipped in new shipping materials very securely.

International Shipping is available, please use the shipping calculator provided by Ebay.  I do have the right to cancel any purchases made by low feedback international buyers or international buyers that have left poor feedback for U.S. buyers based on shipping time, or buyers located in a "High Risk" country.  I will message you and explain why.  Please read below for information regarding international shipping: *****Please note, not all countries provide delivery confirmation or tracking once the item has left the U.S.  I ship from Los Angeles, so the last shown scanned spot in the U.S. will be verification that the item has shipped.  Please no that you are purchasing at own risk as most countries I have never had a problem with, but Russia, France, Mexico and some other countries have proved difficult on a couple shipments.  I have the same exact information as you do as far as tracking numbers, so if an item is taking longer than it should to reach you, please take the tracking number provided under "Order Details" and contact your country's postal service.  So again, bid at your own risk and if you have any doubts, please contact me BEFORE purchasing.  Thanks!

I accept Paypal for payment and would appreciate receiving payment within 2 days of purchase.  I will do my very best to get the item in the mail within a day of receiving payment, weekends excluded.

All of my DVD's and Blu-Rays are 100% authentic, no bootlegs, burned discs or other rubbish.
Most are brand new and still sealed, any used discs have been well cared for and are guaranteed to play or your money back.
The pictures I provide are of the exact item you are purchasing, unless I am offering multiples of the same item.
Any discs that I sell that are brand new/sealed, if they don't play upon opening, you need to contact the manufacturer.  I will refund your purchase price, but not shipping and you will be required to pay for return shipping.

*Some DVD's/Blu-Rays have a cut, hole punch or sticker over the UPC code.  This in no way affects the playability of the disc, please check the photos provided to see if this item has that marking.

Satisfaction guarantee:

Items Sold that are Brand New/Sealed: Any discs that I sell that are brand new/sealed, if they don't play upon opening, I will refund your purchase price, but not shipping and you will be required to pay for return shipping.  I would recommend contacting the manufacturer and have them send a replacement free of charge.  The reason I don't refund shipping is because I am not the manufacturer of the product, therefore I can only guarantee that the item was purchased brand new and sealed and that is how I am sending it.  Large stores, such as Walmart, Best Buy, Target, etc get a credit when they return damaged or unplayable items to the manufacturer.  Since I am not a big box vendor, I don't have that luxury.

Items Sold that are listed as Previously Viewed/Not Brand New/Sealed: Any discs that I sell that are previously viewed/used are checked to make sure they play before listing on Ebay, in most cases, the only reason they are previously viewed is because I watched the movie/tv series. :P  If there is any playability issue on your end, here's what I ask:  If it's a blu-ray, please make sure your blu-ray player is up to date with all firmware updates.  This is INCREDIBLY important.  If that isn't the issue, please contact me for return information.  If the DVD doesn't play, please try on more than one machine before contacting me to return.

Most importantly, I will ALWAYS work with you to the best of my abilities.  I am not a national retailer, I am a one woman operation, with slim profit margins and low overhead, but every bit helps my family.  Check my feedback to get an accurate representation of the high quality product I provide and the great customer service.  Thanks!
