Vinyl: There are a few minor surface marks on side A and side B of the record but nothing that causes jumping or skipping of the stylus. There is some minor surface noise on side 1 which is only audible in quiet parts and odd clicks on both sides. The clicks are very minimal and do not spoil the overall listening experience; all instruments sound nice and clean. Clive Bunker’s drum solo on 2.1 is excellent! I would class the condition of the vinyl as very good or better.
I am not a dealer and am selling this from my own vinyl collection. The record has been cleaned using the Knosti Disco-Antistat cleaner; the results are excellent and helps reduce surface noise. The vinyl itself looks clean with disk and labels in good condition; I have listened to all tracks, not just the first few seconds, on a Technics SL-QL1 record deck, prior to listing it. I have assessed its condition using the Record Collector Magazine’s grading system as a guide. I have also tried to keep my descriptions as honest as possible, but obviously this is subjective, and at the end of the day it is my opinion of how the record sounds. This is a nice example of the album and the record is playable, does not jump and is still enjoyable to listen to despite some slight clicks and minor surface noise.
Cover: The gatefold cover is in great condition showing minimal wear around the edges with a small area on the front where it looks like a price sticker has been removed. Text and graphics are clear and readable on the inside. I would class this overall as excellent.
Sleeve: The inner sleeve is a white paper sleeve, which looks ok and has not discoloured. The record has been placed in new white poly-lined paper sleeve.
Inserts: None
