Description
The vinyl has been cleaned and is visually in VG condition. There are surface lines but the record plays through on both sides with no issues. The labels have no markings. There is negligible spindle wear.
This is the earliest UK issue with the Island logo and radial text in white at the head of the labels. The matrix numbers are: A-3U (Porky) and B-2U (Pecko).
The 12-page newspaper gatefold-style sleeve has a heavyweight card construction of the record pocket unlike later issues using a lighter card stock. The Chrysalis imprint appears on page 12. This iconic sleeve could be regarded as EX condition as there are no tears or markings on any pages. Most others are found with tears and damages.
The original inner paper sleeve is in good condition with no tears or markings.
