Description
Jethro Tull Stand Up 1969 UK 1st issue Vinyl ,Pop Up Gatefold sleeve; great copy
An exact match with this Discogs listing: - /release/12976707-Jethro-Tull-Stand-Up which states:
Original UK release in matt gatefold sleeve with pop-up of band. Original cover has 'E. J. Day' printer credit inside gatefold (written in white colour near the feet on the right of the band members, on the pop-up). Orange bullseye pink labels.
As above the pop up has printer credit bottom right, see photo. Also, no printer creidt on rear and bullseye pink, rough textured label are all first press indicators
This copy has runouts stating: Matrix / Runout (Side A runout): ILPS+9103+A Matrix / Runout (Side B runout): ILPS+9103+B
The sleeve, apart from a little wear on top edge, is in great condition; the pop up works superbly and inside gatefold and rear are really clean.
Lovely textured labels, a little centre hole wear, are excellent; just a couple of bumps
A few light hairlines on both sides of the vinyl, ( I have tried to show in photos) totally superficial, no deep marks/scratches - nothing that impacts playing No jumps or loud pops - a little light crackle here and there, hardly noticeable - a fantastic listen
