Description
Yellow label with 446 W 50th St. address. 4 tracks with leader, Chapin, drums; Woods, alto sax; Don Stratton, trumpet; Sonn Truitt, piano; Chuck Andrus, bass. Very rare.
Cover: Fair(-) Top edge ahd spine have completely split. Fragments of scotch tape or the stain from the tape are visible on the top and spine edges. Some splitting on the bottom edge, also, repaired with scotch tape. Some aging on the front and back covers. Scuff mark at the bottom of the back cover. Light soil from ordinary storage and handling.
Record: Good Visually shows some small areas of wear. The record appear to have been played only a few times. The wear marks may have been a result of storage, not play wear. There is some surface noise on Track 1, Side A . A few clicks at the begining few revolutions on Side B, Track 1. There are a few light clicks elsewhere as well as short passages of light groove noise. Most of the surface noise is light but audible. Audibly checked.
