I OBTAINED THIS LP SOMETIME IN THE 1970s AND I NEVER OPENED IT.  

THIS IS NOT A RECORD CLUB COPY, A RECENT RECORD STORE DAY RELEASE OR 180 GRAM REISSUE. 
THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1973 RELEASE WITH THE GATEFOLD COVER. 
THERE ARE NO CUT-OUT CLIPS, PUNCH HOLES, OR CORNER CLIPS.(please see pics) 
THE SHRINK HAS RIPS / TEARS TYPICAL WITH AGE. MOST NOTEABLE IS A 2 PRONGED TEAR ON THE REAR COVER. (please see pics) 
THE SHRINK IS DELICATE FROM AGE AND SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH CARE. 
Up for sale is one (1) Jim Croce - Life And Times LP from 1973 on ABC Records (#ABCX-769).  THERE IS NO BAR CODE.
FEATURES THE BIG HIT "BAD, BAD LEROY BROWN"
STILL SEALED IN THE ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP WITH THE ORIGINAL PRICE STICKER AFFIXED TO THE FRONT OF THE SHRINK WRAP.
THE SHRINK WRAP HAS WEAR TYPICAL WITH AGE. SOME OF THE CORNERS MAY HAVE POKED THROUGH THE SHRINK WRAP. (please see pics)
The cover is in MINT condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings / soft corners, small dings, dings, ring wear, etc... all of which are typical. 
The vinyl and any inserts are assumed to be mint as this is still sealed.
