Jim Fassett, Symphony Of the Birds LP. Released on Ficker Records # C1002. LP in Very Good Plus Condition, LP exhibits a few very very slight surface marks, but they are extremely minimal and do not disrupt the playing and enjoyment of the LP. Cover also in Very Good Plus Condition, exhibits a typical amount of age and wear. This is a fascinating LP. Fassett was a early tape manipulator who, on this LP, recorded numerous bird calls and sounds and painstakingly edited the recordings (through multiple edits and tape manipulation) into a group of musical works. You can easily find more detailed information about him, and this recording, by doing a simple Google search on him.
