Jim Sullivan/Jim Sullivan/Century City Records CCR 5000. LP in gatefold jacket with white inner sleeve. Extremely rare LP of folk-psych singer-songwriter material. Very nice.

M-/M- (record/jacket.) (Keep in mind I rarely, rarely use mint grades because I think they are abused and over-used!) Record looks ultra lightly played and plays very well with occasional light noise. (LISTEN! High quality mp3 sound sample is provided, please allow time for it to load.) Labels are extremely clean. Jacket is very clean, as shown. All seams, gatefold hinge and spine are fully intact. Inside of gatefold on the lyric sheets it appears there are handwritten notes by the artist...these are printed notes made to look handwritten, and are a legitimate part of the cover.
