As you can see from my 100% feedback, I sell with complete honesty and reliability.  Above all things I am a record collector and music lover.  I only sell records that I would want to receive. I know well the disappointment of receiving an over-graded record that turns up two weeks late.  That is not the service you will receive here, so bid with total confidence. I don’t sell a lot of records because I spend a lot of time carefully finding, grading and listing them and do not like to rush this process, as many sellers must do to be able to sell 100 records a week!

I am mostly a collector of old time music, pre-war blues and folk, so buy job-lots that often contain rare records that aren’t to my taste so to ebay they go!

Here we have one of the rarest psyche hard rock records of all time!

This is the very very 1st press with the front laminated outer sleeve and smooth black and silver track labels!

It has the 1st press matrix numbers and the very very 1st stampers, making this the closest you will ever get to Hendrix’s first seminal recording!

The very existence of this record is rare, but with audio like this, it’s as rare as they come!

Sleeve Condition.

The 1st print Ernest J Day front laminated sleeve is in superb condition!  There are no rips, tears, splits or writing to mention!  All the edges are straight and crisp with only the very mildest shelf wear to corners.  The colours are as vibrant as they were on the day of release.  The spine is still readable but does have some mild wear.  The unlaminated rear which is open to damage is still lovely and clean with only the very mildest sign of ringwear.  It truly is the one of best sleeves I have seen for this unbelievably rare record!

Inner Condition.

The 1st press poly-lined inner is in Excellent condition, with no writing, stains or splits to mention!  All the edges are nice and sharp and it holds the record perfectly as it should.  Just some mild creasing to mention!

Label Condition.

The first press Track labels with silver writing are in fantastic condition.  There are no rips, rubbing, writing or stains to mention.  There is no centre hole damage at all.  Even under a strong light, there is only some minor invisible spindles to be seen!  It’s clear that this record has been cared for!

Vinyl Visual Condition.

The record itself looks beautiful!  It still retains its factory shine and lustre with no feelable scratches or warping at all.  Under a strong halogen bulb only the very slightest almost invisible removal and occasion light hairline can be seen! Utterly Stunning in every way!

Vinyl Audio Condition.

I played the record through and I must say it sounds superb!  There are no loud pops or clicks, no warping, no skips or jumps, none at all!  There was minimal static on the run ins but none that ran into the music, which is sharp and clear!  Foxy Lady just jumps off the record, it’s such a bright deep sound that only the first presses can have.  The dynamics of the band are easily separable by the ear even in mono. You really would be pressed to find a better sound!

Nr Mint

So there we have it.  A Nr mint copy of one of the rarest of rarities out there.  A record that will only appreciate over time and I hasten that this copy is the earliest you will ever find!
