Description
Jimi Hendrix, Band Of Gypsies, Orig UK Track G/fld LP, VG+/VG+, A-1 1st Press!
Jimi Hendrix, Band Of Gypsies,
Orig UK Track G/fld LP, VG+/VG+, 1st Press!!
Original UK black Track stereo issue LP. The unlaminated cover is in very good+ condition, with some rubbing around the corners & edges and some light ring wear. The spine is intact and fully readable & the plain inner is intact and in excellent condition.
The record is in visually very good+ condition with some evidence of play visible under normal light. Under bright light a few hairline sleeve removal lines & a couple of light needle marks & scuffs are visible. The labels are clean with evidence of a few spindle markings.
The sound reproduction is still very good+, with no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise on the run ins & in a couple of the quieter passages, but overall it plays much better than it looks!! The matrix nos. are 2406002, A-1 stamper 1-1-9-1, B-1 stamper 1-1-2-2. This is one of the early first pressings of the original UK stereo issue of this album!! Happy bidding and Good Luck !!!
