Description
Jimi Hendrix / Band of Gypsys
Japan Early Press LP
Polydor MP 2108
Appendices: "Original OBI” & “G/F Different Cover"
( INSERT is not originally issued )
Description: This is scarce Japanese Early Pressing copy ( released in 1970 or a little later ) of his live album. The gate-fold cover shows inside “the Track-list”, “English lyrics” & “Japanese description”, different from UK copy. The insert is not originally issued for this item. “Nippon Grammophon” letter is printed on the bottom of back-cover, though it’s not on each label of disc. It’s hard to find to find this item even in my country. Scarce item from far east to serious collector.
Condition: VG/VG+ ( Cover/Disc )
COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for lightly worn corners, spine & right-edge. It’s stained in part inside gate-fold, with slight ring-wear in upper & lower portions of back. It has otherwise no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has several slight scuffs & scratches on each side, with tiny spots in places on Side B. There’re several spindle-marks on each label. It has otherwise none of any hairline, which is to be rated as "VG+". It plays fine, better than the rate.
OBI: G+, being stained on the surface of back, and lightly on that of front.
INSERT: INSERT is not originally issued for this item.
