Unlaminated cover

The cover is in good condition, shows signs of being stored and a small crease on the opening side

Side A (run out number 2406002 A v 1 125)  has a few very lioght surface scratches

Side B (run out number 2406002 B = 1 111C) is virtually unmarked. 

The spindle hole shows a small amount of marks.
