Description
Jimi Hendrix Experience - Electric Ladyland. 1968 1st UK Press. Rare Blue Text.
Heres a chance to buy a pretty decent original copy of this increasingly rare, very collectable and frankly brilliant groundbreaking album.
This is the 1st UK press on Track records from 1968 with the rare blue text on the innder gatefold.
The sleeve is in VG+ condition. -Some minor wear at the corners and opening and the laminate has cracked (cleanly) along the inside of the spine (see photos). -Overall though the sleeve is in great shape, intact with no splits, tears, major creases or writing. The spine is intact too.
Records are both in VG condtion. -They have both lost some of their original shine (though they could be a lot worse), have some hairlines and minor marks. -Both play straight through and while there is some surface noise the music most importantly plays loud, bright and clear throughout. -A spin through a decent record cleaning machine would probably help remove some of this noise.
Labels on all four sides are clean with no marks or writing. Some signs of spindle wear.
Overall this is a pretty tidy copy of a sought after album. I would keep it myself if I didnt already have another copy.
Please dont hesitate to get in touch if there is anything else that I can help with.
Happy Bidding!
