VG+/VG+ Nice Copy
Nice copy with gatefold laminated cover..Cover is clean and tidy no writing or tears nice solid wide spine minor corner ding. Laminate is VG but does not go right to the opening edge it finishes a couple of mm before the opening see photo..Vinyl played fine with no issues and came across clean dynamic and well presented. Lovely clean labels.
I try to play grade all my vinyl were possible and base my grading's on the Record Collector Guidelines (See Below)
Mint: Never been played or item still sealed. Cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster (ie contents) are in perfect condition.
Excellent: Shows some signs of being played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. Cover and contents might have slight wear and/or creasing
Very Good: Obviously been played many times but no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on cover or contents, without any major defects.
I never sell any vinyl below a VG standard unless rare..
My System used for play grading is Technics SL1210 Direct Drive Modified Turntable with Ortofon 2M cartridge through Marantz Pearl Amplification and SACD Player, Boston Acoustics M25 Speakers all wired with Van Den Hul Cables..
