Description
Jimi Hendrix - "Electric Ladyland". England. Polydor. Original Nude Cover. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail. As you can see by the photos, the cover is decent for being bought in the '70s, and I tried to show the creases and wear in places. The sound quality of the records is a mixed bag. Side A sounds quite good from the "Gods Made Love to Voodo Child." Side B starts out with more noticeable crackling and ticks from "Little Miss Strange, but gets progressively better sound wise, by the time you get to the Come on." Side C "Rainy Day Dream Away thru Moon turn the Tides.. gently gently away," sounds quite nice. Side D "Still Raining Still Dreaming to Voodo Chile slight return," has noticeable popping and crackling through out of the side, and a skip during "Voodo Chile." Though I will add, that Side D sounded less than stellar, when I played it the first time, when it was new, with a fizziness on certain frequencies. Which is from what I understand, due to less than stellar cutting or mastering. So if you want a decent record without paying a fortune, this maybe the "Naked Lady land" you've been looking for.
