THE JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE           Axis: Bold As Love       TRACK 613 003
Up for auction is a SPARSELY played original UK Stereo copy of The Jimi Hendrix Experience's 2nd official release "Axis: Bold As Love". In my humble opinion, their overall best release. 12 glorious songs and 1 absolutely killer spoken/feedback intro (EXP). Mindblowing upon release, this 55 year old lp has actually aged VERY well.

DEAD WAX INFO: Side 1 has 613003 A ▽ 1 I I 1 I 2 all stamped into the dead wax.. Side 2 has  613003 B ▽ 1 1 I 3 2 all stamped into the dead wax. THESE ARE TO THE BEST OF MY EYESIGHT UNDER GOOD LIGHT. In any event, for sure an original 1967 (and EARLY) UK Track stereo pressing.   VINYL VISUAL: VG+ and WAY better with minor marking and the lightest of sleeve removal marks. Labels show a handful of plays tops. Of course a good cleaning may even elevate this grade
VINYL PLAY GRADE: VG+ and almost NM with gorgeous fidelity, and a very low noise level. Pretty tough to top for sure. Cleaning may even enhance play grade.
COVER VISUAL: VG+ and no better with minor creasing and a wee bit of corner wear and also a wee bit of opening slot feathering (PLEASE see pictures). Almost no rubbing/ring wear to speak of, and the cover overall shows remarkably well.
Comes with original UK poly-lined die-cut paper inner, which is in fine shape. The vinyl is housed in an anti-static rice plastic inner.   DETAILS ON SELLER AND SHIPPING
HELLO ALL. My name is Jamie, and I have been collecting records steadily for over 45 years.  After a bit of a respite from selling on Ebay, I am back and will be selling a ton of stuff over the next few years. My tastes run all over the map, so there will be something for everyone. All opened items will be visually AND aurally graded. All Dead Wax info will be listed. Play grade is done on a Thorens TD 165 through Yamaha amplification and JBL reference headphones (treble set high so there will be no surprises when you get the item).
ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH PROPER MAILERS AND EXTRA PADDING, PARTICULARLY AT THE CORNERS. I HAVE MADE FAR TOO MANY PURCHASES ON EBAY WHERE THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED WITH DINGED CORNERS DUE TO INADEQUATE PACKAGING MATERIAL. BY USING FOLDED BUBBLE WRAP IN ALL FOUR CORNERS, YOU CAN BE ASSURED OF AN ITEM WITHOUT DINGED CORNERS (OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND FOR THAT MATTER).             Non-tracked shipping throughout the U.S.A will be $13 CANADIAN per item, as will tracked shipping within Canada. Tracked shipping to the U.S.A. will be $16 CANADIAN for items under 500g, and slightly more for items over 500g. Most single sleeve items can be shipped as under 500g. Gatefolds and multi-sets will be over 500g.
Being a reasonable person, I will be absorbing ALL of the shipping material cost, and some of the actual postage cost.
If you have issue with an item, PLEASE work with me to achieve an outcome that will be to your satisfaction. I do offer full refunds (excluding cost to get it back to me), on any item that is not satisfactory.       SINCE SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA IS RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE (Thank You Canada Post), I will rarely list gatefolds or multi-items for sale overseas. IF ANYONE OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA IS CRAZY INTERESTED IN ANY ITEM, I WILL QUOTE SHIPPING ON REQUEST. Since a lot of the stuff that I will be selling is of higher end quality, rarely will things be offered overseas. Sorry folks. Again, I can consider requests on an item-by-item basis. THANKS FOR READING, everyone.       Occasionally I will be selling rare and collectible CDs. Shipping obviously will be much less, around $5 CANADIAN within North America.
