Released as a 2LP set by Reprise Records with the catalog numbers 2RS 6307, 6307, and 2 RS 6307, this vinyl edition is highly sought after by collectors. The album was printed in the USA and includes compositions published by Bella Godiva Music, with a few exceptions. It was recorded at The Record Plant in New York and is a product of Reprise Records, a division of Warner Bros.-Seven Arts Records, Inc. The album’s gatefold and spine bear the catalog number 2RS 6307, while the front, back, and spine of the album display the number 6307. The labels on the vinyl discs are marked with 2 RS 6307. The spine of the album is titled “Electric Lady Land,” and the album features a variety of matrix/runout identifiers, indicating different pressings and variants. “Electric Ladyland” is notable for its innovative sound and for being the only record from the band produced by Jimi Hendrix himself.
