Jimi Hendrix Experience - "Electric Ladyland" 12” 2 x Record Album LP
This was my Dad’s album and he has kept it in his cupboard since he bought it in the 60’s!!
I believe this is a first press as it has the gatefold sleeve, featuring the image of naked ladies on the cover.
The cover is in good condition for its age with slight creasing and damage on the edges and corners. See photos for a clearer view.
The actual records are in very good condition. A few minor tiny scratches. See photos.
Dated: 1968.
Numbered: 613008 & 613009.
It has 613008 embossed in the vinyl with the 8 scratched out and 8 handwritten and A//1 183 on Side A, Side B has 613009 A 2 420 113, Side C has 613009 B//2 420 17 and Side D has 613008 8 2 420 123.
Patent No: 800513 & 973939.
Hendrix portrait on right-hand side (back cover).
Large sepia images of Redding & Mitchell inside with text below in random upper & lower-cases.
Record 1 is Sides A and D and Record 2 is Sides B and C.
Made in Great Britain.
