Internetrecherche ergab folgendes:
Similar to the other UK 1968 Releases but with reference to Polydor on the bottom of the inside fold out 2657 001, also as a set number on the labels. Presumably in preparation for later Polydor releases. This may explain the scratching out of the matrix on Side A.

Gatefold opens to view inner spread (glued to outer cover's inside tabs as separate element). Gloss laminate exposing matt areas on all four edges. (Effectively, the sleeve is a flattened 2-piece cardboard tube).
