A genuine UK first pressing - these labels do not feature the “Two Record Set” text, which appears on the first repress and is often mistakenly sold as an original. Both LPs are true first-press discs, carrying the earliest possible matrix endings (A//1 and B//1).
Interestingly, the fully laminated sleeve carries the repress catalogue number, indicating this is likely a transition / crossover issue: first-press vinyl housed in the earliest repress sleeve. A scarce and unusual variant. I've only ever seen one other like it.
The records are in great condition, retaining a deep gloss with only the occasional, light mark visible under strong light. The laminated sleeve is similarly well preserved, graded VG+ and impressively clean for its age.
