Here’s a rare original 1967 pressing of “Axis: Bold As Love”, the second LP by the Jimi Hendrix Experience. This is on the original 1st pressing Reprise tri-color steamboat label, which was only in print for the first few months of this album’s existence. It’s a stereo copy, number 6281. The vinyl grades a strong VG, full gloss, some scuff lines, some moderate clicking here and there in some of the soft passages, mostly on side one. I have it playing right now there’s actually very little actual groove wear- good strong sound on this first pressing. Cover is in nice shape, a barely-readable inprint of someone’s name on the front, no seam splits or other problems. Original Reprise innersleeve included.
