Includes original "Authorized Hendrix Family Edition" yellow sticker. Item is sealed new in original shrink wrap - never opened - although there are some small openings starting in the shrink wrap. (see photos). A little scotch tape was used to keep the shrink from splitting all the way. Some corner dings and rub-off as well.
