Description
On offer here is a brand new and still factory sealed deluxe vinyl and CD box set of 'Winterland' by Jimi Hendrix.
This beautiful set contains 8 x heavyweight vinyl LPs pressed on 180g vinyl at RTI in the USA, featuring the live shows recorded over 3 nights in October 1968 in San Francisco, and includes a lovely full colour 24 page booklet. In addition, this is the super rare limited numbered edition version which also contains a bonus CD of amateur recordings made from a show in February 1968. The set on offer here is number '0859', and is absolutely brand new and still factory sealed. I have included a photo of my own copy of this set, so that you can see the contents of the set on offer.
It is a beatiful package and a wonderful pressing. Having played my own one I am delighted to report that the pressings are quiet and have obviously been manufactured with some care, and are also housed in polythene inner sleeves to avoid damage to the vinyl - on top of that, the music pretty good too!
The tracks included are as follows:

The pictures on the listing are of the actual set for sale (excepting the aforementioned one of the open set which is my own copy), which is in hand and ready for despatch. It will be extremely securely packed for transportation to its new owner. Please contact me if the postal price to your location is not detailed on the listing, as I will need to ammend the details if you wish to make a purchase.
Buy It Now price includes free economy UK delivery, Royal Mail 1st class recorded available for additional £3.50, and overseas shipping at cost but please check for prices before buying. The set is large and heavy so will not be cheap to ship overseas, though I will obtain the lowest price I can and I will only charge at cost.
Please could all overseas bidders check for insured airmail shipping prices BEFORE bidding, and understand that any customs charges are the responsibility of the winner of the auction to pay.
Please feel free to email me if you need more information, and please check my feedback and bid with confidence - I describe honestly (some would say harshly, as I prefer to err on the side of caution) and pack meticulously so the item will arrive with you in exactly the same condition it leaves me.
