Now, with all that said, yes on a rare occasion a record might get over-graded or the postal service here or overseas may decide to run a forklift over a package or lose it between point “A” and “B”.

While we are responsible for the grading, once it leaves our hands, we have no control.  Insurance on overseas packages only covers up to around $50.  We pack well and have an excellent history for getting items to their new homes.  In over 33 years, maybe not more than two or three a year broken each year (even with shipping 78’s overseas !)

 
Expensive items (over $100) will be shipped “return receipt” which will give it some extra care.  We can not (and will not be responsible) for items lost or trashed by any postal service if you do not insure or we can not insure them.  Return receipt cost is approx $10
